Update 0.1

This isn’t like a full blown update, but it’s a start!

I was going to write this whole elaborate post, talking about a lot of things and all (inspired by Andrew-chu), but then my cell phone started not working, then Bluetooth was anything but easy, and then I just became a quitter. But that’s just some background for you.

Life, is basically, going on as normal. School is fun and balls at the same time (balls, btw, is my new word). I have some tests and assignments this week, one of which I was pretty sure was due next week. In the end though, I feel like this semester will go well, that or I’ll make it go well.

Soccer. We now have 3 wins, a tie and no losses. The tie was a bit of a disappointment. Not going to lie, our goal this season was nothing short of being perfect. Since that didn’t quite work out, in part thanks again to the refs, since the opposing goal came on a free kick right at the top of the box, which the ref right next to didn’t call, but the one across the field did (awesome). But we came together and scored the equalizer, the team we played, after all, was quite good.

I’ve also got a new friend about 3 weeks ago. He may actually be eaten by now. But I have photographic proof that he did exist at one point!

Also, I made a turkey for the first time ever today. It was actually really good. I wish you all could have tried it. Maybe next year now? I didn’t burn it, or make it dry, or anything crazy like that. I was hella proud :)

Well, that’s another incomplete update for now. I’m going to go close my window as it’s getting really cold in my room.

As a random aside, I stumbled onto a band I’ve been listening to on repeat lately. The band is called Sigur Rós, and the Takk album specifically. Check them out if you get a chance!
